Listen, you chumps...this is Rogaine without the full strength (either 2 or 5%). In other words, you're paying more money for less minoxidil. Then they add berries and herbs which have never been proven to do anything for regrowing hair. I met this Dr. Gordon who does the commercials. He's basically an out of work physician who used to tool around at a health food store pushing vitamins and minerals, about which he is quite knowledgable...of course, knowledgable is a dubious term when discussing nutritional supplements, since there is hot debate about many if not all of their benefits. This guy is a charlatan. Besides which, if you listen to the wording of the commercials, you'll hear that they are saying the INGREDIENTS in these products have been proven to work (to a greater or lesser degree). That ingredient is MINOXIDIL. No, DUH, we know that works, but it's not working because it's been tested by these bozos, but because it's been approved by government agencies of far higher and more exhaustive research methods. This stuff is jive. Dr. Gordon is jive (notice I didn't say he wasn't an MD. He is, but boy, you don't wanna go to him with a real medical concern). You can see him parading around Nassau County, NY. He used to frequent a health food store in Glen Cove, NY, which will remain nameless, since I have no idea what I can and cannot be sued for. But believe me, I know this guy. I wouldn't go to him for a band-aid.

My husband wants to try it now because a friend of ours has been using it for a few months and already has lots of new hair growth coming. So it sounds good anyway. Supposed to be 90% effective, so it must be worth a try anyway.
