I have been on Diane for the past year and a half. It has been great for my hair. I live in the U.S. but my doc gives me an RX so I can get it from any of the overseas online pharmacies, but hair2go.com also has it and you can get it without an Rx. I am thinking about changing the Diane just because the progesterone in it seems to make me a little flabby. I am not sure I want to change to orthosept but I might and see what happens. If I had a ton of hairloss I would go back on the Diane in a minute. Actually, I won't make any changes without talking to my GYN. She thinks the Diane has been good for me from a hormone standpoint and that a little flabbiness is a tradeoff. Hope this helps.
