I came of Diane 35 after 6 years of using it. At the start I took it to combat my acne. However not long after I started to notice that I was beginning to lose hair (which wasn't connected to Diane 35) so I decided to stay on Diane for the time being as I was so frightened of what might happen if I stopped.

I finally took the decision to come off Diane and I'm so glad I did. I hadn't realised how much weight I'd gained over the years I'd been on it, especially problems with water retention, and I've certainly got more circulation problems now than when I started.

Since I came off in January I've been slowing losing weight even though I've been eating just the same and although at first I shedded more hair it's now gone back to normal. I feel so much better now I'm off. The only down side is that my acne is back! However I'm using Tea Tree Oil on that.
