Dear Lisa:I have the horizontal ridges/grooves in some of my finger nails. They are all now in the middle of my nail. My hair is still shedding and has been for 2 months. I am getting my iron tested again. I'm hoping my feritin is low. Could you please tell me what supplements you are taking. I love your postings! Megan
