This is my second round of major shedding. I had it really bad in November when the horizontal ridges were about 1/2 way....and the shedding slowed around Jan. of this year. So I am hoping that this round will end soon.
Lord knows I am already completely see through on top, if this keeps up, I will definitely have to shave my head.
Not even toppeik would work now. My hairline is almost non-existent and it has moved back about 2 inches. Then the diffused hairloss.
I had a breakup with my boyfriend in early march this year and it was very stressful and so now I am paying the price.
Olga, I am like you, I have lost hair in my nape and the cowlick area. My entire head is diffused, though my hair will grow long, some of the hair was NOT replaced (not YET).
My ferritin is 37 and I am now on iron supplement and this time I swear I will take it for a good 6 months, instead of 3 and quit.
Still not eating enough meat, just not a big meat eater.
