Can someone help me? I have been to the dermatologist who says I have telogen effluvium. There are several factors that may have caused this that occured within the last 6 months or so including the death of my father and some medication issues. BUT...my hair is falling out so rapidly it's amazing. 400-500 hairs each day. And the hair thats left looks and feels awful. I don't even want to go out of my house. I feel debilitated. It started about 4 weeks ago. Anyone have any ideas on what I can do? Just wait it out? Wear a hat? Become a recluse? Also has anyone experienced remaining hair looking and feeling like straw? Thanks!! Beth
