Hey No Name, Be a women and face me down, sign your name. Stop hiding behind your PC and leaving catty remarks. I don't know Olgas story, but I have had some form of alopecia areata for over 15 years. Don't you think when I found out, I went and did research? Heck I lived at the library for weeks. I know a great deal about AA, AU, AND AT. I am in the process of learning about AD. If there are other conditions out there that cause eyelash and pubic hair loss, I'd love more info. I have not heard or seen this in AGA. I have probably had areata since childhood as my Mom told me at 3 years old I lost most of my hair. Now lets get something right, I am not a hair dresser, it's 2001 one and I have put great expense, hard work, and time into my education. I trained at Toni&Guy in Dallas, and in London. I travel at least twice a year for education, once a year to London. You can not get a hair cut from me for less then 75 dollars. I worked very hard to deserve these prices. I take one hour to do a cut and style and I teach my clients how to blow dry and product knowledge. I know the TiGi line inside and out. Most hair stylists know what a product does but have no idea whats in it. As an Ambassador to TiGI I have to know every ingredient that goes into every product. I'm also an educator and go to salons and train fellow stylists. My clients get the best service. As for me not being a doctor you're right I'm not and I do refer my clients to a doctor if she or he has a problem. If you think I know nothing about hair you are far from being right. School was not easy and it's not as simple as picking up a comb and scissors. You have to learn about, disorders of the hair such as monilethrix..... trichorrhexis nodosa. Oh yes and we learned about alopecia. Plus animal parasitic infections. Bacteria such as, Cocci, Bacilli and Spirilla. To top it of we had to learn the bones muscles and nail disorders. The state test is hard and many people fail. I have put a lot of money, time, study, and hard work into my career. I do know a lot about hair. So You underestimate me when you call me just a hairdresser. I am a stylist, also an artistic director for TiGi. So don't you ever assume I am just a hairdresser. I did not settle for Great clips at 8 bucks an hour. I am reaching for the stars in my career. My next step is to be a platform artist. I do know about hair so get over yourself and don't post to me again unless you have the balls to sign it. Tig
