these vitamins are said to be the best for hair. I started taking mine after losing my hair for six months, and it hasn't helped or hurt, I dont think. Maybe if you start right away, you're hair loss will be much less severe.

You will not be able to sue Roche. My brother is an attorney and the lable clearly states that a side effect is hair loss and sometimes it is persistant. Millions of people have taken accutane since 1986 and most people are satified with the product. There are however always going to be a few people with side effects sometimes serious sometimes troublesome from different medications. Look at what happend with Phen-Phen. People were developing seriouse heart conditions some of them died. Roche has disclosed all the necessary information regarding hair loss on the enclosed pamphlet. My brother looked it over and he said they have covered the hair loss by stating 10% of people have reported hair loss and sometimes it has persisted. You can take that to mean what you want, but they have covered their butts by listing it as a side effect. My brother then proceeded to let me know that we chose to take the medication and should have read everything completely and weighed the side effects as then make a choice to use it or not. I guess he is right. It is our responsiblity when we take a medication. I am upset about the hair loss too, I am however regaining my hair back and it isn't falling out as bad as before. I believe that half of the men who are complaining about hair loss is a product of accutane and the other half is because of genetic male pattern baldness. I think they are just assuming it is the accutane because they want answers. My brother also said that half of his friends by the age of 22 started to lose some form of their hair and started freaking out. They tried to blame it on something like wearing hats or weird things like that. Well good luck if you pursue this suing thing. I don't think it will get you anywhere though. You should first consult an attorney. They will more likely than not say the same thing my brother did. By the way, my brother is a corporate attorney, so he is used to handling business lawsuits.
