Hello, I have never posted here and usually I am active on other forums, but I felt like I should respond to your question. Be careful about iron. Too much can have serious affects on your health. There are some who are anemic and they get iron shots, but please check with your doctor before dosing heavily on it. As far as MSM goes, I used it for 6 months and it did exactly nothing for me. Anything that promises as much as MSM smacks of a scam to me--and yet still I tried it because I was so anxious about my hairloss. The biotin, vitamin c are good in my opinion. I also take a prenatal vitamin (no I'm not trying to get pregnant, but they have lots of b) I mostly just try to eat lots of fresh veggies and fruits now. That's a great tasting way to get vitamins, I think (plus I love food)

One thing you want to watch when taking supplements is the ADDITIVES to the capsules. Sometimes the binding agents in the capsules themselves inhibit the absorption of the vitamins. Now that I started reading labels, I couldn't believe the stuff that they put into vitamins (like SLS which is a lathering agent in soap).

I don't know much about accutane induced hairloss. Your situation is most likely very different than mine. I have hyperthyroid and much of my hairloss is due to stress.
