I know it wasn't meant for me, but I would like to briefly defend the woman a little. You see, I have been told by many of the guys in the support forum that I have it good because I can still have relationships in spite of my hairloss. Many of them have told of being rejected by women for not being attractive--I never did that. My ex was bald and sexy. He had PLENTY of women--besides me. I have been told that since mine loss is diffuse that I don't know how bad pattern baldness feels. I think that the above poster was expressing extreme frustration too. It's a sign to me that WE ALL HURT regardless of type of hairloss and gender. I don't want to be an apple polisher, but let's try to play on the same team. It sucks for us all and sometimes we aren't as polite as we could be, but we all have the pain in common. Maybe sometime, we'll have a cure in common instead. I hope not to offend anyone. I just want to learn how to cope with this awful thing that sucks for us all. Best wishes, Jean
