I've been gone for a couple of days but I did appreciate your advice with the Vitamins. I have not invested in Iron or MSM so I think I'll just stick with the biotin, C and Zinc for now. Who knows if they'll even help. They can't hurt. Your positive comments over the past few days may very well have saved this forum. I'm new on it and am/was considering leaving it but for your positive and affirming voice. Lagris
