How long were you on the pill before you saw a noticible difference in shedding? I'm only into my 2nd week, after being off for a year, and I'm anxious about this decision. Somedays, like today, all I want to do is cry. I'm tired of being afraid of my own hair. I'm going for a follow up visit with my dermatologist today. I think there is regrowth but the shedding is still excessive. Also,did you have pimple-like bumps on your scalp? I've noticed them in the last few months and I'm not sure what to make of them. Could I have acne on my scalp? I did notice that while off the pill I had an increase in acne, especially on my forehead and back.
