Erin, I am interested in how you've been doing , as I have just gone off the pills myself. I had only been on them for 2 years. If you don't mind, which one were you on? Also, when you say shedding, about how much do you lose? I have been thinking about the topical spiro, but from what I've read it smells bad. The only info I have heard is what I have read here, so I'm not sure I want to try it.
