I was on a continuous bcp (Diane 35) for 1 1/2 years. My hair just got thinner and thinner. The top and front part was the worst. It even started receding. I went off and shed quite a bit but then later had regrowth where there hadn't been any while I was on the pill. Some women just lose hair ON the pill! You never know if you'll have that reaction, unfortunately, until you take it. I will probably never go on bcps again.
