I forgot to tell you that I also took no break period. The break period would cause hormones to drop so you'd think that the break would be worse for hair than the continuous regimen. I don't think it's the continuous part that did your hair in. It was more than likely just the pill itself. Just guessing, of course. Nobody out there has solved the riddle of hormones and hair. There are women who are losing hair because they go into menopause (the theory is that lack of estrogen causes hair loss) and so they take estrogen and they lose even more hair. Some women on the HRT forum had beautiful hair at menopause, they took estrogen and lost half of it. Then there are those who's hair gets better on estrogen. No doctor or researcher has yet to solve this quandry. Hormones can both help and hurt hair. Good luck with whatever you end up doing!
