Thanks for the encouragement. I hope I experience the regrowth that you did. If I could get 1/2 of what I lost back over the years, I'd be happy. It's only been 7 months off the pill and the shedding seems to be a little better. I don't want to take the Aldactone either because I want my hormones to balance themselves naturally and don't want to do anything to screw them up. I'll continue to post updates as time goes by. I would have been lost without this board and I want to be able to help others when I can.
