I moved out to Australia about a year ago. I was on Ortho-Cyclen in the states, and had no problems with hair loss. Because they do not offer that kind of BCP here, I was recommended to go on a type called Microgynon 20ED. I noticed a drastic increase in hair loss after beginning to take the new pill. I have been to a dermo who told me it was only stress from making such a big move. But I didn't feel stressed about it at all (I think I know when I am stressed). I have now made another appt. with my doctor to see if there is anything else we can determine from what's gone on. I was wondering if anyone had heard about changing pills, and the effect that can have on your body.
