anyone have an opinion on this? i read the bald truth article about the patent for the use of this with other antibalding remedies, which sounds very promising. yet there are those out there that say because it enhances human growth hormone it will increase dht. what to believe any opinions or experience?

I am just writing to warn everyone not to overdo the vitamins for hair growth thing. I took too much silica and now my monthly cycle is all messed up - so please research these vitamins before you start taking them.
