Hi Jean: If you read my post carefully you would see that I was NOT writing to Sue. Sue is not the issue, rather it is the anonymous poster who writes BS w/out backup. I will not apologise for being careful about asking others to name a source when they make a claim that "lysine does this or nutrasweet does that". It's irresponsible to get folks worked up over nothing. It's dangerous too. It is one thing to ask" I've heard nutrisweet is bad for hair but I'm not sure"--this is DIFFERENT.Yes, I do see your point in saying even the "experts" contradict one another. Contradictions or not, I want to know WHO says What so that I may make a choice about what I deem to be relevant in my case.Your dairy point is well taken. This is why sources ARE relevant so we can see the bias factor and judge for ourselves. As for educational level, I do think that if a person is literate enough to use a computer, they can't be all that dumb. It's a question of responsibility more so than higher education. Take care.
