Michelle D. Your comment on the exercise caught my attention. I also run daily, plus I do weights and walk as well. I am wondering if the exercise increases hair loss??? Do you think it could be enough of a stress on the body to do that?

I just wanted your opinion, since you've been at this a while. Right now I am losing quite a bit, I just stopped the BCP's for 3 weeks now (upon the advice of 2 dermatologists), and I am wondering if that is the right thing to do. I do not have a Rx for spiro, so right now I'm leaving it up to nature and time.
