Kris, the above is from the hairsite library. It really just talks about over-excerising. I used to workout a lot before my hair started falling out and I didn't eat right back then either, but I spent many years barely working out, because I thought it did more harm than good. The hair still fell out without exercise. I just was thinking that perhaps running seven miles in actually hot weather could have been a stress to my body.

Anyway, read what hairsite posted. It is interesting.
