alright this guy should know what hes talking about... hes the head of dermatology at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. My parents got a chance to talk with him. He said that he never tells patients about the posible hairloss side effect because it is almost always insignificant and not permananent. He also said that accutane is stored in the bodies fat cellls and is completely gone one month after taking the drug. He said that the hairloss im noticing is most likely normal and im just noticing it because ive read the side effects and am therefore looking for hair. Once again we are told by a senior dermatologist that "he has never seen an individual who has taken accutane lose a significant amount of hair permanently" For some reason hearing this stuff doesnt cheer me up anymore. It just seems like nobody knows what they are talking about.
