my hair fell out for a good 6 months... i didnt see it as a problem until after i stopped taking accutane. i didnt lose hair from one particular area, just all over. vitamins made my hair WORSE. my DR gave me rogaine but i chose not to take it. i think when you start taking a lot of stuff it just screws you up more. if your hair loss is still extremely abnormal after 1 year, then the accutane probably triggered something else- like AGA or mpb. if it's TE then it will fall out a lot for awhile, but will eventually correct itself. i think if it takes more than a year then there's something else going on
