I just want to say that if your hair loss has been going on for around a year...don't assume it won't get better. Both jessica (who posts occasionally) and I had shedding for more than a year and we both have regrowth now. Possibly for some people if it goes on over a year, there might be something else going on, but not for everyone. I also read a post on here a while ago from someone who said they had shedding and regrowth for about 2-3 years before their hair really got back to normal...but it did.
