Everything is mental.....or most stuff at least. You should tell yourself that if you can get off that drug...then your hair will grow back. So then....try to concentrate on getting off the drug.....then not only will you feel good about not needing the drug to deal with depression....you will also gain a lot of self esteem when your hair grows back. I bet your hair is even causing some of your depression....when really you are the one who is causing the hair not to grow...and you dont have to be! Good luck.
