Congratulations on your ferritin increase. Mine went from l7 to 42 in a little over 3 months. I was apprehensive about getting the lab work because I was afraid I might not be absorbing the florisene. It does cut down on the anxiety when we see the numbers rising.
I am thinking mine might be about 50 something now and during the past month I have noticed a reduction in shedding some days. I too plan to keep on this course and see if the 70-100 range helps alleviate this problem. Hopefully we will get regrowth too.
I am just thankful that I am able to absorb the iron as I am sure you are. I have read about some people that take it and it barely goes up over many months. Thanks for sharing your update. I am sure it will encourage many people. Debbie
