Thanks for the advice. I am just so frustrated!! It seems that I can't get help anywhere! I'm going to the doctor today (family doc) to get my blood tests done again to see what my androgens are at. If they are elevated, should I go back to the endo and ask for a higher dose?? The funny thing is, the oily and smelly scalp thing, that has only been going on for not too long. Not the whole time that my hair was falling.

Also...I had another question. Is spiro a lifetime commitment? Meaning...when I get off it, will my androgens stay at the level that the Spiro lowered it to or will they shoot up again?? That's what I am confused about. Does spiro kill the androgens or just block them while you're on it?? Have you noticed any regrowth with the Spiro or is it supposed to produce any?? My endo is so stupid. He doesn't tell my anything. 25 mg does sound like too low. Any help would help. Thanks.
