Thanks so much for the reply. is spiro especially bad for you if you do not have AGA? how can you tell the difference? that is one of my major problems- trying to determine between AGA and CTE. How would you advise weaning off? i think i probably did it wrong. i went from 200 to 100 then off. how long did it take for your backlash? How is your hair now? Thanks, Emma
