I'm sorry no one has answered your post yet. I understand exactly what you are going through. The humiliation, the depression, the terror...all of it. Most of us have been there. You should count your lucky stars that it did not begin when you were a very young woman. I've had the condition for years...since 20. If your sister has her hair under control, then chances are good that you will also be able to improve your situation.

I have good results with the meds, best as can be expected. When you get your tests and diagnosis back, we can discuss more about how to cope and your treatment options. We are all surviving this together. I know how tramatic it can be, but the women on these forums will help you. You will not be alone. I have many posts throughout this site...BCpill, TE forums, etc. Maybe reading some of the info will help you, as I don't have time to repeat it all at the moment. Post back and let me know what happens, and we will go from there. Best of everything....Beta
