I can so relate! Hang in there. While my hormone tests were "normal" (but low) I also experience lack of periods and the hair loss. So I finally made my own action plan. I tried different pills and different levels and finally Diane 50 is helping. It had been almost a year. I have just started 5% rogaine (why not) it may also be helping? Most doctors will NEVER prescribe a pill for hairloss...you just have to be persistent. Some even have to order it online. And as for the soy and hairloss well that makes sense. It is an estrogenic compound that mimics estrogen (so it binds to estrogen receptors on our cells) but it is soooooooo weak that it does no good. So a recipe for hair disaster! It competes with your body's estrogen...so it is like you actually have less real estrogen. The same goes for evening primrose. I had the same results with CPA and others have reported this with saw palmetto. For some it helps....but not all. I prefer to rely on the real thing. So hang in there. You are young and hair can repair!!!

Take care, Emmalina
