I've posted this exact message in the "all natural forum" I guess I will keep reposting until I get answers...
I've been experiencing hair loss ever since I had my first child (7 1/2) years ago.... of course, this was considered normal to lose hair 3 months after birth (but it didn't stop)... I thought it may have been from breast feeding or lack of nutrients... so I went from dermatologist to dermatologist and not getting any answers... my hair loss did not fall into the typical pattern of female "androgenetic alopecia" which lead me to believe there was something else going on... I took so many test i.e. lupus, aids, thyroid etc. all coming back negative.. I had two more children in the 6 year period after my first... and the problem did not stop (of course, when I became pregnant, it did).... I started going to another dermatologist (who I love) and we tried different ways (cortisone injections/rogaine) to kind of slow down the process and grow the hair (that did not work)... my hair lost is focused around my edges (front, back & sides) which will lead any dermatologist to believe that my case is caused from (traction alopecia) or (telogem effluvium)<<< only because I do NOT pull my hair in braids or pony tails... I finally got sick of it and needed to know answers so I had an biopsy conducted on me and the results were shocking (androgenetic alopecia)... I understand this does not discriminate against age (I am 27).. I am now using a product called (Saini) by positive trends so far... it's new so I am still not sure if it works... however, I researched all of the herbs in this product and they are all natural and seem to block dht naturally, stop dandruff and get your hair back to it's normal condition (before you started the hair loss).... I like the fact that if it does WORK, I do not have to be a slave to it because you can stop.... I think if it does work, I will use it once every two to ensure all of my hair stays put... I will give updates on how this product is working for me... Has anyone tried this product?
