Hi TA, I have had blood tests for iron (had a low serrum Ferritin level of 19), TSH (Borderline TSH result was noted) Free T4 and T3 (both normal). The note on my blood test for the Thyroid had the following note: "Consistent with euthyroidism. Supressed TSH may occur with non-thyroidal illness, goiter and treated thyroid disease. Suggest repeat thyroid function tests in 1 month if clinically indicated." This is all that I have had tested and have not as yeat has the thyroid re-tested. I am 35 turning 36 next year and as far as I know their are no females with hair loss. My auntie on my dad's side (half sister) is losing her hair and she is 67 years old. That is about all I know.
