Hi Bunny, thanks so much for your response. It's so great to know that I am not alone with this problem and that I can get support and advice. I didn't diet before the wedding but yes, the whole marriage thing can be stressful at times. I also am a student and had midterms a month ago, and as usual I stayed up for 3 nights constantly drinking coffee. That might have contributed as well. Now I have completely quit caffeine, not even tea (except for the herbal ones). I bought flaxseed oil and am taking 2000mg a day (I am just taking this because I read a lot of good things about it, plus it can't do any harm). I eat lots of fruit and drink oj, and eat healthy meals in general. I even quit chewing gum, since i dont really know what's in it. I try to exercise as my time permits. So I am hoping that all these changes will help me with my hair loss. Also, you said I should get my ferritin checked. Is there any way I can do it without seeing a doctor? Thanks again. Ann
