Congrats on raising your ferritin! I'm sure that's helping to decrease your shed. Keep it up (I'm sure you know that 70 supposedly is the magic number).

While I can imagine you're a little frustrated that all of the tests came back "normal," so there is no obvious cause of your hairloss, you should take comfort in knowing that nothing is seriously wrong (potentially leading to other health complications). If there's one thing I've learned through all of the hairloss drama, it's that there is no "easy fix." All we can do is be vigilant in seeing the right doctors, getting the right tests, and trying the treatments that seem to hold the greatest promise. Beyond that, all we can do is remain hopeful and try not to obsess. It sounds like you're doing all of this, and that you're beginning to see some improvement, which is great! Hang in there and keep us posted on further developments--
