Using Rogaine

Hi:

I'm curious to know if Rogaine really is only supposed to be used on the top of the head (like the packaging shows), or if many of you also use it along the frontal hairline and sides. If so, have you had any luck with it in these areas? That's where most of my hairloss currently is, and I'm concerned about using Rogaine if it doesn't really re-grow hair in these areas (and may actually cause more harm than good). Any feedback is much appreciated. Thanks!
