Fade, you can do it!! Sweetie, I know that it is VERY hard to lose lots of hair, especially when your shed had returned to kind of normal. I would be feeling the same way. Hopefully, your shed will be short, for some people it only lasts for a couple of weeks. Fingers crossed that you will be the textbook case.

Here is a link to Rogaine Canada and it talks about the preliminary hair shed in the first paragraph.

It sounds like it moves the telogen hairs to the anagen phase only.

I don't know if you've already seen this, but here is a link to the women's Rogaine site. Have a look at this and when you are having a hard time, just imagine this process in your head. This is what is going on behind the scenes.

I'm hoping that this crappy part is over for you soon, so you can move on to the good regrowth part!
