Hi there, my hair loss has been completely diffuse. To me, the scalp is really visible, especially if I lift the sides or back up. However, no outside observer would look at me and say "she's losing her hair." I think most people who know me just look at me and think my hair looks "different." The hairline has changed - moved farther back and I keep taking back hair forward to make my bangs. The hair is also just flat, lifeless, and skimpy-looking, wispy/see-through.
