Also, the employee turnover at HCM is higher than at the average McDonalds! I've been to five or six different HCM offices around the country, and they cannot keep an office manager for more than four months!! The stylists tend to hang around longer, but the administrative staff shifts like the sands of the Sahara. They're impossible to keep track of, so they never know you, you develop no relationships with them, and they end up losing track of your files, your payment plans, and your hair system replacement orders! After a while it gets so chaotic that you wonder how anyone gets satisfied.

I also appreciate it when a stylist can at least carry on a simple conversation in the English language, because I don't speak Korean, Urdu, Tagalog, or Amharic. I have nothing against immigrants but it's just a friendlier experience when they understand what your saying! After all, they're working on YOUR hair!!!
