hi!

Nope! No roids for this guy. I have known some amateur lifter friends have taken the mild stuff like Androsol sprays for a few cycles. I tell them but they don't listen. My thoughts are that since I am losing hair, I must be producing more testosterone than I need. Some guys have blood checks to find out if they're low on the stuff. I am not a competetive weight lifter or body builder, and not so big that it's obvious I've been on the juice. I see some young guys come into the gymn and six months later they're noticably larger. It's too bad because if they only knew how roids will mess up your body permanently. Look at what happened to Lyle Alzado, and Arnold has had to have bypass surgery on his heart. He claims he never used roids for more than a few months at a time before cycling off.

I think the best advice is to eat at least three to four balanced meals a day in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Hair consists of protein, and not only is protein essential for growing hair, it's essential for maintaining muscle. Keep in mind that the more muscle you have, the higer your metabolism will be and fat will not accumulate so easily on your body.

The balanced part is key. The Canada or American? food guides should be a good reference for what to eat. Remember, eat to fuel your muscles for the activity you're about to do, not to make up for what you've already done. I agree that Carb low diets are not healthy. Carbs are what fuel your muscles to do work. If you don't eat a balanced meal then you can experience things like insulin spikes and hypoglycemia that leave you feeling weak and listless. Also, reports say that most feelings of headache and exhaustion during the day can be attributed to a decrease in as little as 1 or 2 % hydration. If you feel thirsty, you're already dehydrated. You should sip water all day long to lubricate your bowels and clean your bodies cells.
