Maybe you will encounter the initial shedding (=overall initialization of hair cycles) for 2-4 weeks. After one month or two, you may see new vellus hairs. Some of these are the regenerated hairs which should grow toward terminal and normal. Some may be cropped, but next hairs will come out afterward.
