What about an Obese man with hair?

Maneless: your comments make sense, although would you categorically say that having hair equals having a "halo effect" that makes a man irresistible to women?

What about an obese man with a great head of hair? I mean like a 300-350 pounder.

Doesn't the man's glaring physical defect (his obesity) negate the effect of the hair 100%?

Another observation I have (which you may agree with) is that for males, it doesn't take much to be considered physically "very attractive" to the female sex. All you have to have is a "normal" face (it can be plain, even), a reasonably fit body, and a full head of hair!

For a woman, she must actually have beautiful facial features to be considered physically "very attractive" by men.

So, the bar to physical attractiveness for men is actually much lower!

The irony is that, given a full head of hair back, most bald or balding men (under 55 and not obese) would become "very attractive" once again.

Whereas for women, little imperfections like wrinkles, lack of eyelashes, thin lips, etc. clearly detract from her beauty, for men, there is much wider latitude in what is considered "very handsome" AS LONG AS the man has a full, thick head of hair and has a reasonably fit body.
