In your interim report on funding, you list Vogel as someone working on HM.

When did you contact him?

It had been rumored that he was no longer doing HM work.

Any info on him? I was skeptical when I heard he was no longer in the game, given his abrupt non appearance on SK's show on the advice of lawyers.

But if he is in your report I would assume that is because you have had contact as to whether he needed funding.
