Dear Hairsite-team,

thank you very much for your answer. As far as I am informed, all the gene searching studies still look for participants: The study at Cornell University, Dr. Christiano at Columbia University and Dr. Stenn for Johnson&Johnson. Many studies for Alopecia areata genes are listed at http://www.naaf.org in the section "Research" and there are already some exciting preliminary results from these studies, that still look for volunteers.

I know the publication of Dr. Jahoda, which is quite interesting for gene research (which molecular signals control hair growth).
