Been on zinc oxide for around 3 months...The only thing it did for me is thin me out. I could see some vellous but nothing worth writing home about. I still have many many small baby hairs all over my scalp, I just cant get these guys to grow up... been on rogaine 1 week and seeing increased shedding. This may be good or bad, only time will tell. It doesnt bother me as long as it improves in the future. Will add bayberry/gse and perhaps spiro with dermovan. I am curious as to how I would add apple extract to my regimine, any ideas?
