why are you all using Zinc when Copper Peptides are better?

I don't understand the logic in applying zinc to a scalp which needs copper, Dr Proctor has several patents on Sodases proving that they grow hair, there are also numerous studies on folligen.com about the healing properties of copper peptides, also lets not forget the study in which Tricomin was proven to have an effect much like 2% minoxidil. If Zinc was needed surely those products wouldn't work at all, seeing as copper and zinc compete in the scalp.

I'm confused.
