They say there is no systematic side effect in GSS. Stanol itself is approved to be added in Margarine for preventing high colesterol.

My worry about GSS and (perhaps) Lygal is very severe initial shedding due to the effect of aFGF's initializing potency. One poster claims, after thick hair fall outs, overall vellus hairs have come out suddenly.
