Oxygen supplementation --> increased adenosine --> hair growth connection

"Adenosine tri-phosphate or ATP is a nucleotide which serves as the primary source of energy for many biochemical reactions in the body, especially those reactions associated with muscular activity and with replication of cell components (longevity). Oxygen is a vital component in the production of ATP. The more oxygen available to our cells the more energy we produce, and through the production of ATP the greater our replication of cell components."

Interesting that increased oxygenation of the body's cells leads to boosted adenosine production, adenosine upregulates VEGF expression and many of the rest of the other hair growth factors. It's a curious connection here which would suggest that increased oxygen intake could help with overall energy levels as well as our hair situation.
