If the claims made by Selkirk's mass email are true, they will be sending out brochures, videos, CDROM's, etc. It is obvious that scam or not, by that time they will have to have a verifiable address, a registered business etc EVEN if they are just expecting to dupe us out of money. Therefore, it should be easy to investigate their claims by that time.

FWIW, someone else mentioned United Micro Systems, a proven scam operation. I was researching this outfit when I first discovered hairsite. I had sent for their info, and even though they have been sued etc. they just changed their name to Euro Development and moved to another state. They STILL send me brochures. And, the web site is STILL up, http://www.unitedmicrosystems.com and I am certain that if you call the 800 number or email them you will be redirected to "Euro Development." And likewise I am sure that they would gladly take your $2500 - $8000 to glue a cheap toupee on your head as their "revolutionary" procedure.

I think it quite ridiculous that someone interested in perpetrating a mass scam and making a lot of money, would single out the most critical audience of hairloss sufferers to run a semi "stealth" advertising operation. Even so, if you look at the case of Justin vs UMS in the forums on this site, you will find that Justin had read negative posts at this site about their procedure and STILL let himself be conned.
