Thanks for the info about brands. I didn't know flax seeds were good for fiber (something that I can't seem to get enough of no matter how much I intake) I thought I was getting the value of the oil in them though. It's amazing how much misunderstanding and misinformation regarding health and vitamins is out there. Of course, my pet belief was always that vitamin C was the ultimate thanks to Linus, but know I have read that his studies are suspect. Thanks for all the help, gang. Jean
