Surfer, I was one of those silly people who went on a reduced fat diet. Of course you know me - I only do things 100%, so I mean my fat intake was probably below 5%.

Eventually, I began to realize that I needed some of the good fat - if I had been willing to do some research, instead of just listening to people, it has been known for a long time the importance of the essential omegas. But, alas, I just listened and gobbled it up. We don't like fat on our bodies, so of course it must be good not to take any in - ah, yes the stupidity of youth - LOL.

Anyways, it was not until I started to add the safflower oil to my diet, rich in omega6, when my skin started to heal, I had something other than callouses on the bottoms of my feet, and I could get restful sleep again.
